Introduction Class

One hour in the evening . This 60 minute intro gives you: general info, sample meditations, Q & A  . Meant to give people a taste of meditation, understand it's benefits and sign- up for "Create a meditation Practice " or other programs

Cost: $25


 Create a Meditation Practice

A one day 3 hour session that teaches you the basics of meditation in a group environment. What meditation is and its many benefits. Learn Mindfulness skills that will help you cope with everyday stresses that build up in your life. Learn the Simply,Easy,Everyday Meditation Method. Create a meditation practice space at home . Includes check in 2 weeks after program ends.

Cost: $125 Bring a friend and get $25 off


One on One Teaching Session

This is a one on one 45 minute class that is designed to meet an individuals specific needs. This can be a single class, or on going,  that takes place in person or via Skype or Facetime. For those needing flexibility with their time schedule. This session provides guidance and instruction on strengthening  daily Meditation practice . Mindfulness practices are also taught learning how to live in the present moment. Creating an inner calmness . Meditation practice is associated with brain changes that shifts people's experiences in life. Including things like one's association to pain or addiction.

Cost: $75


Deepening Your Practice        A Six - Week Group Meditation and Mindfulness Course

Two hour sessions once a week for six weeks. This course is designed  for people wanting to get a more comprehensive insight into meditation and it's many benefits . Learn skills to help you cope with everyday stress. Learn new habits that benefit your wellbeing. Learn to have present moment awareness in your life. Become a better listener, communicator  and have a general sense of well being.  This is great for couples , families or individuals.

  Cost: $195 per person

 


May Day Yoga Music & Art Workshop

Corporate Meditation Programs

These are designed for companies wanting to bring a weekly meditation practice for the employees into the office.  Support for the employees with wellness program. Each program starts with an introductory class explaining benefits. This is meant to be an ongoing practice, with in-class support and follow-up calls (as needed).

Sunshine Coast Island Retreat.

Weekend retreat June 9th to 11th. Rejuvenate, Renew and Restore. Long beach walks , Mindfulness practices,organic food, Meditation class, gentle yoga and stretching . Evening bonfire on the beach. Lots of fun. Limited space $600.
