Inward Meditation & Mindfulness Practices with Renée Rechtschaffner 

 

I am a life long learner, a Mcleans Institute Certified Meditation Teacher, a Sustainable and Mindful Fashion Designer, Artist and  former World Cup athlete . After experiencing a lost sense of time and lack of present moment focus, I became aware I was not living my in the present. Lack of sleep and stress were building up. I needed clarity. Practicing yoga and meditation regularly I saw the benefits and my life started to evolve. I saw a new level of presence and joy in my life. When you meditate you can practice seeing things more clearly and without judgement. You create space and time.  When you practice Mindfulness you benefit others and this has a ripple effect that goes out to those around you . Sharing those skills to help people  live their lives in the present with more awareness and attention.  Helping you focus on the things you want to grow. Having meditation in my life has moved me towards completing the circle of wellness , the mind, body and spirit. I would be honoured to share with you .
